- When do I get my money? — T+1 settlement. Funds from ticket sales are available in your account the next business day after the transaction.
- Can I run free events? — Yes. Set a ticket type to $0 and buyers RSVP without a payment step. They still receive a confirmation email with their QR ticket, and free events cost you nothing.
- Do I need a merchant account or a payment processor? — No. Payments are built into WyndMe. We process the card, settle the funds and deposit them into your bank account. You never sign up with a third-party processor.

- What exactly costs $99 a month? — The full Wigglo platform for one store: admissions, memberships, parties, F&B, waivers, gift cards, inventory, staff management and reporting, with unlimited users. The only other cost is payment processing at your quoted rate.
- Do punch passes deduct visits automatically? — Yes. When a punch pass is scanned at check-in, one visit is deducted and the remaining balance is shown to staff and on the receipt.
- Can members be billed monthly? — Yes. Auto-renewing plans charge the member's securely saved card each cycle. If a charge fails the membership is flagged as overdue so staff can ask them to update their card.
- Can guests sign waivers before they arrive? — Yes. Share your public waiver link and the signed waiver is waiting on their profile when they reach the front desk. Staff can also capture signatures on the touchscreen or a signature pad.

The event technology market is shaped by the largest events in the world. Conference platforms are sold to organizations with dedicated event teams and six-figure budgets. Everyone below that tier gets one of two bad options: an enterprise system that is too expensive and too heavy, or a lightweight ticketing page that runs out of features the moment the event becomes real.

## Where the small and mid-size organizer gets stuck

Invoicing sounds like the simplest part of running a business. Send a document, get paid. In practice it is where most small businesses lose the clearest view of their own finances.

## The problems owners describe

You pay to get paid, twice. Most invoicing tools charge a monthly subscription, and then the payment provider charges again on top. Add a client portal or recurring billing and the price climbs another tier.

Revenue in this business is not a straight line. Rainy weekends and school holidays fill the building to capacity. A sunny Tuesday in May can feel like the business has closed.
